CAC to Host Annual Business Programs and University Transfer Forum

The Central Arizona College Business Division and Business Club will host two separate forums to provide information about the educational and career opportunities available through CAC’s business programs and university transfer options. The event is scheduled for Thurs., March 29, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Signal Peak Campus, N Sizer building (8470 N. Overfield Road, Coolidge, AZ 85128).

CAC’s Accounting & Business programs as well as Computer Information Systems programs, including Web Development, Microcomputer Business Applications, Programming, and Network Administration with Cyber Security Fundamentals will be featured. Students who complete CAC certificate and degree programs are prepared for a variety of industry positions or university transfer opportunities.

Students and participants must choose one forum to attend. The first session, from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. will feature program options and scholarship opportunities along with information from Business Club leadership. Professors will be available to answer questions.

The second session, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. will include presentations from Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, Northern Arizona University and University of Arizona about possible transfer pathways from CAC.

Potential incoming freshman students or currently enrolled students who are interested in these guided pathways are encouraged to attend this once a year forum.

The Business Division is requesting that participants complete an advisory program survey at the end of the evening and provide feedback on these programs.
