CAC does not report identifying information about students, employees or others affiliated with the college who test positive. These numbers reflect the total number of cases reported by individuals with a presence on CAC campuses since the beginning of the pandemic and are not reflective of the number of positive cases at any given time.
Contact tracing is an important tool in reducing the spread of the coronavirus, and we strongly encourage you to cooperate with the contact tracing process should you be contacted. In addition to contact tracing conducted by the local Department of Public Health, Central Arizona College has contacted and advised those college-related individuals who have been identified as being in contact with the positive case. Any on-campus spaces affected have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
