Dress and Photos
Dress/Robe:
The traditional green CAC cap and gown is required and will be available for pick up in bookstores at all campuses. Caps and gowns are provided to eligible students at no cost. Please contact the CAC bookstore for additional information.
Photos:
Photos of each graduate will be taken by GradImages Photography and proofs are sent via email for optional purchase approximately two weeks following the ceremony. While the taking of personal photos during the ceremony is permitted, please be considerate of others, gathering in the aisles or in front of the stage is not permitted. Please notify family and friends that the graduation stage is limited to staff only.
Student Accessibility Services

Accessible Drop-Off/Parking:
Accessibility drop-off and parking will be located in parking lot (D) and also throughout all other parking lot locations. All accessible parking is first-come, first-served and must accompany the use of an ADOT disability placard or ADOT license plate.
Golf Cart/Shuttle services:
Golf Cart/Shuttle services will be available to transport to and from the event and vehicle locations. Please bring foldable/portable wheelchairs for convenience with the shuttles. The shuttles will not have hydraulic lifts.
Seating: All seating for the ceremony is on a first-come, first service basis.
Mobility Devices: All students/guests are responsible for providing their own mobility devices, such as wheelchairs and walkers.
American Sign Language: If you are in need of American Sign Language interpreting services, please contact the Student Accessibility Services Department no later than Thursday May 2 at 6:00 PM.
Family friendly restrooms and water stations will be provided during the ceremony.

Approaching from Casa Grande/Maricopa

Approaching from San Tan/Florence

Approaching from Aravaipa/Winkelman
Take Highway 77 South. Turn left on West Highway 79. Turn left on Signal Peak Rd., Turn right at Woodruff Rd. Finally, turn right at Central Shipping/Receiving. Follow the on-campus prompts for directions and traffic flow. Please see exiting directions below.
Exiting Directions— There will be two exit points following the ceremony. Main entrance to campus will only exit going southbound on Overfield Rd. Campus Central/Receiving Rd will only exit going eastbound on Woodruff Rd.
Applying for Graduation

Checklist:
♦File the Application for Graduation with the Records Office.
♦Submit the Applications for Graduation at least one semester prior to the anticipated graduation date.
♦Review the official Academic Calendar for priority dates and application deadlines. Academic Calendar
Application Dates and Deadline Information:
All applications are evaluated on a first in-first out basis; however, students that apply by the Priority Date are guaranteed to receive their evaluation prior to the next semester in order to register for required classes in order to complete by their anticipated finishing semester. Students that apply after the Priority Date will still receive their evaluation for the semester indicated on the application. All applications must be received prior to the graduation deadline to be considered for that graduation date. Applications received after the deadline will be evaluated for the next graduation cycle.

It is important to communicate any questions/concerns immediately to the evaluator listed on your evaluation letter.
Important Notes:
•Graduation cycles are May, August and December of each year.
•Duplicate diplomas and/or certificates can be requested for a duplication charge. These will be stamped “Duplicate” on the back.
•In-Person Commencement is held each May for students who expect to complete their degrees/certificates during the current May graduation cycle, the upcoming August cycle, and previous December cycle. Students that are eligible for graduation will receive notification of ceremony participation approximately 5 weeks prior to the scheduled May Commencement.
•Diplomas are printed by an outside agency and should be received approximately 12 weeks after degree completion.
•Degree information is posted on your transcripts. Unofficial transcripts can be found in your Student Portal.
