HEERF Quarterly Expenditure Report

HEERF Quarterly Expenditure Report 03/31/2021

Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act

What is the CARES Act?

The CARES Act establishes and funds the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) and directs institutions of higher education to use funds received under the CARES Act to provide emergency financial aid grants to students for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus.

All remaining CARES Act funding has been expended and CAC is no longer accepting new applications for funding.

Approved funds will be placed on the student ledger for a brief holding period and disbursed through Bank Mobile according to the student’s selected method.  The funds cannot remain on the account to cover any balance, so the student must be able to accept the funds.

If you have any questions, please email DeanofStudents@centralaz.edu.
