Services & Support

CAC offers a variety of resources available to support faculty and staff in performing their job efficiently.

Following are some of the most commonly used resources:

  • Center for Teaching and Learning – Offering professional development, workshops, one-on-one consultation, and customized training.
  • Room Reservations – All facility reservations are completed using the CollegeNET 25Live system.
  • Maintenance – College facilities are maintained by the Department of facilities and provide prompt repairs to buildings and grounds that could present an immediate risk to the campus community.
  • Purchasing – The Purchasing Department provides assistance with purchasing goods and services for the College.
  • Information Technology – CAC’s Information Technology Services includes network support, phone support, pc support, email support, distance learning, programming, on-line learning, multimedia support, and the library.

Ombudsman Program

The Ombudsman Program provides confidential, neutral, independent and informal assistance to those who have concerns arising from or affecting their work and studies at CAC.

  • Faculty Resource Center – Take your class materials to the next level with specialized training, advanced equipment, and classes taught by subject matters experts for faculty and staff.
