On Campus Housing Application

In order to live on campus, you must be registered in at least 6 credits (3 credits must be fully face-to-face instruction), pay a $150 room deposit, and complete the online application. New residents may complete their housing application when they apply for Admissions to Central Arizona College. As you complete your Admission Application check ‘yes’ you would like to apply for on-campus housing. Be sure you have an electronic copy (pdf or  pic) of your immunization records and a government ID. You can not advance your application with having these two files ready for upload. 

Before applying you should have the following items:

  •  Students must be admitted to the College and have a Student ID Number (often referred to as 880- number)
  • Student must know and check their CAC student email
  • Have a scanned copy of your immunization records (MMR) ready to upload to the housing application
  • Have a scanned copy of your photo ID (usually a driver’s license or government ID)
  • Pay the $150 room deposit to the Business Office in person or via phone at 520-494-5240

Room assignments are based on first-come first-served basis for completed applications; completed applications include a paid deposit and course registration. Students are encouraged to apply early as space is limited.
