On Campus Housing Application

In order to live on campus, you must be registered in at least 6 credits (3 credits must be fully face-to-face instruction), pay a $150 room deposit, and complete the online application. The application is available at https://centralaz.erezlife.com.

Before applying you should have the following items:

  •  Students must be admitted to the College and have a Student ID Number (often referred to as 880- number)
  • Student must know and check their CAC student email
  • Have a scanned copy of your immunization records (MMR) ready to upload to the housing application
  • Have a scanned copy of your photo ID (usually a driver’s license or government ID)
  • Pay the $150 room deposit to the Business Office in person or via phone at 520-494-5240

Room assignments are based on first-come first-served basis for completed applications; completed applications include a paid deposit and course registration.
