On Campus Housing Application

Residence Life Status

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, On-Campus Housing is suspended until further notice.

Steps to Living On Campus

  1. Complete the on campus housing application (which includes steps 1-3)
  2. Pay the $150 Room deposit *see Room Deposit Update.
  3. Register for at least 6 credits of CAC classes.
  4. Complete the Online Orientation to Residence Life.
  5. Schedule a Move In appointment.
  6. Finalize and Confirm your room payment arrangement (financial aid, scholarship, loan, self pay, or payment plan)
  7. Pack up your belongings (check out the What to bring list).
  8. Move In!

On Campus Housing Application

Central Arizona College office of Residence Life utilizes the online housing application of eRezLife. Students wishing to apply for on campus housing can log in here.

Before applying you should have the following items:

  • ·Student must be admitted to the College and have a Student ID Number (often referred to as 880- number)
  • ·Student must know and check their CAC student email
  • ·Student must have a scanned copy of immunization records (2-MMR) ready to upload to the housing application
  • ·Option 1 – Provide proof of two measles vaccinations (one of which must be dated after 1979), first dose given at age 12 months or later. Second dose given at least 28 days after the first.
  • ·Option 2 –  Provide a copy of lab test results showing positive immunity to Rubeola (Measles) lgG or MMR lgG.
  • ·Student must have a scanned copy of a photo ID (usually a driver’s license or government ID)
  • ·Must pay the $150 room deposit to the Business Office  via phone at 520-494-5240 (see the updated Room Deposit section of this page)

Room Deposit 

Room Deposit Update

Due to COVID-19 Residence Life is waiving the $150 room deposit fee for the fall 2020 semester. If a deposit is already paid and on file, there is no action required on your part. The deposit will remain on the student housing account. If a deposit has not been paid a temporary waiver is granted for the Fall 2020 semester. However, the resident is responsible to pay for any damages or fees that may normally be covered by the room deposit.  Damages and Fees are required to be paid immediately for continued on-campus housing.
