Need to borrow a laptop for Fall Semester 2026? Please be aware that we are moving to a new appointment system and will now be using ConexED to set appointments. To make an appointment go to the Student Loaner Laptops link below and sign in. To set your appointment select your campus and pick from the available days and times for appointments. Appointments are for laptops only, you no longer need to make an appointment to borrow a Calculator.

Remember! Laptops and Calculators checked out for Summer 2026 are due back on August 3rd! Laptops and Calculators checked out for Spring Semester 2026 were due back on May 18th! Any device not returned on time is considered lost and you will be charged to replace it and a block will be placed on your account until it is returned.

There are no renewals on loaner equipment.

Equipment is checked out on a semester by semester basis. Equipment from the previous semester must be returned before you can check out items for the next one! Remember, if you do not return equipment by the due date you will be charged for replacing it and a block will be put on your student account.

Looking to check out a Laptop or Calculator?  Follow these steps!

For a Laptop make an appointment on ConexED at Student Loaner Laptops.

  • Pick your campus and select from the available dates and times. If you miss your appointment and don’t contact us we can only hold the equipment until the end of the day of your appointment.
  • You no longer need to make an appointment to borrow a Calculator.  Just come in to the library with your ID and your class schedule and check one out!
  • You must be attending classes during the semester you wish to sign out equipment for.
  • If you are under 18, a Parent or Guardian will need to come to the appointment with you and co-sign the equipment rental contract.
  • You must bring your Student ID Card or a state issued ID to your appointment as we cannot accept any other form of ID.  Also, you must have the card with you at the appointment as we cannot accept a picture of it. You can get your Student ID Card at the Student Services office on your campus if you don’t already have one.
