Employment Opportunities at the Certificate level
- PC Technician – Responsible for all aspects of system administration including networks, applications, database, and telecommunications by implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and the development of specialized system procedures.
- IT Systems & Desktop Support Technician – Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the computer system, terminal network, and peripheral equipment.
- IT Support Technician – Responsible to work both remotely and onsite at client locations to assist the clients with information technology issues. They will also be involved in project work like server upgrades/migrations/virtualizations, desktop/laptop rollouts/upgrades and MSP client monitoring and maintenance.
