The Entertainment Industry Technology, A.A.S: Stage Lighting
This degree will teach you how to set up, calibrate, engineer, and repair cutting-edge live sound systems for concerts. Students will run sound for performances and program light shows. This degree provides knowledge of recording music, building a home recording studio and working in a professional multi-track recording studio. Skills include recording, production, editing and arranging, mixing and mastering various types of audio recordings. Students will earn about microphones, acoustics, post-production techniques. and be able to produce and engineer commercial-quality recordings.
