Steps to Enroll

STEP 1 | Admission

Obtain an Admissions Form at any Central Arizona College location or apply online at Apply Now.

STEP 2 | Financial Aid

Apply for Financial Aid by visiting www.fafsa.ed.gov. CAC’s Financial Aid Department can assist you with completing your FAFSA – contact them at 520-494-5425 or visit Financial Aid.

STEP 3 | Student Photo ID

Get your free Student ID at the Aravaipa, Maricopa, San Tan, Signal Peak, Superstition Mountain campus, or the CAC Corporate Center.

STEP 4 | Testing

If you’re seeking a degree or certificate you are required to take a placement test before your first semester of enrollment. You can walk-in or make an appointment at a campus near you.

STEP 5 | Academic Advising

Once you have your test scores, make an appointment to see an advisor. This is where you get help figuring out your classes, choosing your major, and determining your career path plan.

STEP 6 | Registration

You can do this online by visiting Registration or register in person at any of CAC’s eight locations in Pinal County.

STEP 7 | Computer Accounts & Passwords

You are automatically assigned a CAC account upon admission to CAC. Your account allows access to Blackboard, your CAC Student E-mail, & offers you the ability to login to computers in the computer labs across the district. For assistance, reach IT at 520-494-5678.

STEP 8 | Orientation

Reserve your spot for an orientation by visiting www.centralaz.edu/orientation to get resourceful information.

STEP 9 | Payment

Be sure to pay! You can do so online at www.centralaz.edu, by phone at 520-494-5240, in person at any campus location, or by mail: Central Arizona College, Cashier’s Office, 8470 North Overfield Rd., Coolidge, AZ 85128. (Note: Be sure to include your student ID number on all correspondence).

STEP 10 | Textbooks

Using your class schedule, you can buy or rent textbooks at the bookstore or online. If you have financial aid, you can charge your textbooks to your account.

Become a CAC resident by applying to live on the Signal Peak campus! Call 520-494-5470 or visit www.centralaz.edu/reslife.
