Register now for CAC’s 14th Annual Job Fair at Signal Peak Campus
Central Arizona College invites businesses and industries to participate in the 14th Annual Job Fair. The event will be held on Thurs., April 11, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Signal Peak Campus (8470 N. Overfield Road, Coolidge, AZ.)
Ann Mitchell, Coordinator of Student Employment explains the benefit to businesses, “The Fair is a great opportunity to access a lot of talent in a short period of time and to have valuable face-to-face interaction with potential candidates.” She adds, “Companies and organizations that have seasonal, part-time or full-time positions available are encouraged to participate. Employers should be prepared to market available jobs to members from the surrounding communities, currently enrolled college students, alumni and high school seniors.”
The cost for profit organizations is $60 and $45 for non-profit organizations. Each exhibitor is provided with a table/chair and lunch for one representative. Save money by registering before Mar. 25, 2019. Registrations received after this date will be charged a $15 late fee. The last day to register for the Fair is April 3, 2019.
This year the Fair is being held in conjunction with CAC’s Rally Days, a campus-wide event where seniors from the local high schools can obtain information on the various educational programs that the College offers, as well as look for part-time employment opportunities. It is also an opportunity for students to obtain information about careers. Rally Days typically draws 100+ seniors to the campus.
