Central Arizona College SBDC to Hold 4DX Goal Setting Workshop in Maricopa

The Central Arizona College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in partnership with Maricopa Matters will conduct a two-day workshop on The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) by Chris McChesney, Sean Covey and Jim Huling.
The first session will be Wed., November 14 from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. and the second session will be on Wed., December 12, 8 a.m. through 10 a.m. Both sessions will be held at the CAC Maricopa Campus (17945 N. Regent Drive, Room A102, Maricopa, AZ 85138.)
Kevin Fort, CAC SBDC Center Director will present both sessions. The first session will be an introduction to the disciplines, including a review of 4DX from a conceptual standpoint. Challenges that typically create cultures of poor performance or failure to reach organizational goals will be explored. Attendees will learn how to identify the aspects of 4DX that assist in overcoming challenges to become high performance contributors to target goals.
The second session will address implementation of 4DX into business practices.
