Central Arizona College Math Boot Camps Scheduled This Summer

The math department at Central Arizona College will offer Math Boot Camps both in-person and online this summer.

Math Boot Camps are designed to assist high school students who will be taking or have taken dual enrollment courses, new incoming college students, and current enrolled students who want to keep their math skills current before starting fall courses.

Each Math Boot Camp meets four days a week. Following is a listing of the camps:

Live Streaming Online:

June 5-8

Monday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Tuesday-Thursday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

In Person:

June 12-15, Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Maricopa Campus

The goals of the boot camps are to enhance student college readiness and to help students improve their math skills. With improved skills, students will pass math classes at a higher rate and be better prepared for college level math classes. Attendees will learn from math Faculty & Instructional specialists, how to use Blackboard and become an effective online student.
