Welcome to ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County Youth Program, where your career and educational aspirations transform into achievable goals. Our dedicated team specializes in crafting personalized pathways for young adults, steering them towards their in-demand employment and educational achievements.
The ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County Youth Program is dedicated to guiding individuals aged 16 -24 who:
– Did not finish high school
OR
– finished high school but are NOT enrolled in a community college, trade school, or other training program and are low income.
We provide individualized assistance, carefully crafting plans that consider a person’s unique strengths and needs. Our approach involves assessing academic readiness and essential skills, including hands-on occupational training in high demand areas like manufacturing, IT, and other career and technical education subjects. By aligning their aspirations with high-demand, high-wage occupations, we pave the way for a self-sustainable future for our clients. Our mission is to contribute to the creation of a resilient local workforce while offering young people diverse paths to a prosperous life.
16-24 – did not complete high school OR is currently enrolled in GED classes OR has a high school diploma but is not enrolled in any college or other training program
