She will serve as a key liaison between Phi Theta Kappa Headquarters and the more than 2,000 chapter advisors who make up the association. The ACA Board consists of four officers, one representing each of Phi Theta Kappa’s four divisions, to ensure broad representation and leadership opportunities for the advisor community. All PTK chapter advisors are members of the ACA, and officers are nominated and elected by their peers. Each year, during the International Catalyst event, one advisor is elected to join the board. Dr. Rath’s election reflects her peers’ confidence in her leadership and dedication to the PTK community.
