We offer a variety of venues at 5 campus locations. Find the perfect space for your next meeting, workshop, conference, or event.
*All requests must be made no later that 2 weeks prior to your event start date.

Central Arizona College has a 2 hour minimum for classrooms and a 4 hour minimum for community rooms.
If you want to rent a space at one of our facilities, please fill out the facility use request form. and submit a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date.
If you are not contacted within two business days, please feel free to follow up by emailing reservations@centralaz.edu.
Each organization renting the facilities are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Central Arizona College as additional insured when using our facility
Each renting organization must sign a facility usage agreement.
Prior to your event you will discuss your room layout and have it finalized and sent to Facilities.
Once each entity signs the Facility Usage Agreement, the FUA will be sent to Accounts Receivable and the invoice will be sent.

We provide catering through a contracted third party at Central Arizona College Signal Peak Campus.
Each event is treated uniquely to ensure the client’s needs are met. Catering is brought to you by American Dining Creations.
