Central Arizona College SBDC to Offer Demystifying Commercial Lending Workshop

On Monday, June 11, Central Arizona College’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will offer a workshop on Demystifying Commercial Lending.

The workshop will begin at 10 a.m. at the CAC Corporate Center (540 N Camino Mercado, Casa Grande, AZ 85122) and at 2 p.m. at the Superstition Mountain Campus (805 S. Idaho Rd., Apache Junction, AZ 85119.)

Navigating the commercial lending process can be a daunting task! This dynamic workshop will identify common industry misconceptions, and address topics including what to consider when taking out a business loan, different types of lending options, and how to identify the appropriate lender for your small business needs.

Chris Flowers with CDC Small Business Finance will share his expertise and answer questions to help attendees demystify commercial lending.
