What are the hours of operation?

6:00am to 10:00pm seven days a week

What is a Commissary Kitchen and why do I need one?

A commissary kitchen is a licensed commercial kitchen that provides food businesses with a safe, health department-approved facility to prepare food, clean equipment, store supplies, and dispose of wastewater and grease.

In Arizona, most mobile food vendors—including food trucks, food trailers, caterers and pop-up restaurants are required by their local health department to operate from an approved commissary kitchen.
