Welcome to Central Arizona College’s Nutrition & Dietetic Technician Program
Sodexo and Central Arizona College (CAC) are proudly partnering to offer the 100% online Nutrition & Dietetic Technician Associate of Applied Science degree program to Sodexo employees who want to ‘UPSKILL’.
Upon successful completion of CAC’s degree program, graduates are eligible to sit for the national Nutrition & Dietetic Technician, Registered (NDTR) exam.
Interested in Participating? Here are the next steps:
Step 1: Speak with your Supervisor
Contact your supervisor to express interest and to discuss your eligibility for tuition reimbursement.
Budget approval must be confirmed before you enroll in the program unless you are not requesting reimbursement.
Step 2: Email CAC NDT Advisor
Email CAC’s Nutrition & Dietetic Tech Advisor at diettechadvisor@centralaz.edu
and identify yourself as a Sodexo employee.
Step 3: Set up phone meeting
You will receive an email to set-up a phone meeting where you will receive your personalized degree MAP (Master Academic Plan) and guidance with enrollment.

Sodexo Student Participant Benefits:
• All Sodexo student participants receive Arizona in-state tuition rate regardless of current state residency.*
This may save Sodexo student participants up to 50% on tuition.
• Sodexo tuition reimbursement**
• Sodexo will support employees with food service management, education and training,
and clinical internship placements.
• For employees with the CDM, CFPP credential, the required three-credit food service management
class and five-week 120-hour food service management internship rotation are waived.
• Sodexo student participants receive personalized advising and coaching sessions each semester
and exam preparation support.
*For the 2024-25 & 2025-26 academic years, Arizona in-state tuition is $75/credit hour, rate is subject to change.
**Sodexo full-time employees may be eligible for tuition reimbursement – check with your supervisor!
