On Campus Housing

Housing Information

The Signal Peak Campus of Central Arizona College offers on-campus housing for approximately 120 students, providing a supportive residential environment designed to enhance the college experience.

All rooms are double occupancy (two students per room); however, on occasion and as needed, the College reserves the right to assign triple occupancy rooms based on housing demand and operational needs.

Each residence hall room is fully furnished and includes a desk, chair, closet space, dresser, and bed with an extra-long twin mattress for each student. One MicroFridge unit is provided in each room for student convenience.

Community Living

All students will be assigned to reside in the Towers for the fall semester. Final community placements and individual room assignments are determined by the Director of Residence Life based on housing availability, operational needs, and efforts to create a supportive and balanced residential community.

Assignments are made with careful consideration of occupancy management and the overall student experience to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging living environment for all residents. This is a shared living environment where students are expected to respect one another, take responsibility for their actions, and be mindful of shared spaces and the needs of the community as a whole.

Tower:

The Towers is a traditional three-story, co-educational residence hall featuring interior hallway access to all rooms. Each set of rooms is connected by a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, allowing shared access between two adjoining rooms. Hallways are co-ed, while rooms sharing a bathroom are single-gender to support privacy and comfort for residents.

Each student room is fully furnished with two beds, two dressers, and two desks. One MicroFridge unit is also provided in each room for student convenience. Final room assignments are determined by the Director of Residence Life. Early requests are encouraged, as space is limited.
