Food Services

Central Arizona College provides dining services at the Signal Peak Campus in partnership with American Dining Creations. Students, faculty, staff, and community members may enjoy a variety of nutritious cuisine options that are high quality, fresh, authentic, and diverse at The Peak Dining Hall. For something quick and on the go there are rotating “express” culinary options such as gourmet sandwiches, wraps, sweet treats, and power bowls at the Starbucks on campus.

Catering services are available for internal or external events at the Signal Peak Campus. Each event is treated uniquely to ensure the client’s needs are met.

My Fresh Market– (On the Go Program)

My Fresh Market features more than 100 rotating “express” culinary options from gourmet sandwiches, wraps, salads, sweet treats, reheatable meals, and power bowls. This program makes snacking and eating healthy appealing and convenient for all guests.

Boost Café

Boost Café offers guests the variety they crave with the portability they need. Boost features freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches, healthy egg bites or local breakfast favorites paired with traditional sides and beverages to start the day right.

Stacked

Stacked specializes in serving a unique and 100% customizable grill experience. The menu features fresh-cut french fries, fresh-pressed burgers, and grilled chicken breast sandwiches.

Cucina

Cucina offers an authentic pizza shop experience with specialty pizzas, house-made pizza sauce, whole milk mozzarella cheese, breadsticks, garlic knots, tossed-to-order pasta, hand-stretched calzones, Italian inspired desserts, signature sauces and strombolis.

World Market

The World Market is a culinary marketplace with a wider variety of global, domestic, and regional cuisines. Focusing on new trends−including global street foods and fusion cooking−this station will cater to diversity with a sincere focus on the authentic replication

Greens & Grains

Developed to offer a healthy on-trend alternative for active lifestyles, our Greens & Grains concept revolutionizes the way guests look at the traditional salad bar. This station offers themed experiences, including the addition of a wide variety of ancient grains, broths, premium proteins, toppings, and an assortment of veggies on a rotating themed menu to create the ultimate salad.

Sugar Lab

Sugar Lab features impulse dessert items that offer an out-of-the-box experience that highlights unique flavor combinations but still offers classic favorites.

Beverage Station

Our beverage station offers flavor-infused beverages featuring fruit-infused water and infused lemonades and tea.
