Central Arizona Community Wind Ensemble

The Central Arizona Community Wind Ensemble consists of approximately 50 members from six Pinal County communities. The age range of the ensemble is 16 through 90 years old. Professions of ensemble members include CAC students, educators, community members, high school students, and retirees. The ensemble performs a wide range of standard concert band literature, as well as, lighter works. Rehearsals occur on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 – 9:30 pm. The Wind Ensemble performs one concert on campus per semester. Membership in the ensemble is open to all who enjoy and wish to continue playing their instrument.

Central Arizona Community Choir

The Central Arizona Community Choir consists of CAC students, high school students and many community members. The choir is dedicated to the performance of varied choral literature from all historical periods, styles and ethnic origins. Rehearsals occur on Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 9:30 pm. The Choir performs one concert on campus per semester.

Central Arizona Community Orchestra

The Central Arizona Community Orchestra is a performing organization open to Central Arizona College students and Pinal County residents. The ensemble performs a wide range of standard string orchestra literature as well as lighter works. Rehearsals occur on Monday evenings from 7:30 – 9:30 pm. The Orchestra performs one concert on campus per semester.

Bell Choir

Bell Choir

The Handbell Ringers class is a performing organization that meets on Mondays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and is open to Central Arizona College students and Pinal county residents. This class is for experienced handbell ringers, or other musicians at the discretion of the instructor. The handbell choir will prepare a variety of music for a concert to be given at the end of the session as well as other performances as requested and schedule permits.
