Residence Life opens to our students August 14, 2019 for our New First-Year Students, and on August 15, 2019 for our Returning Second-Year Students. To assist in a smooth move-in process, we ask students to arrive during their designated check-in times. Additional information will be sent to the student’s College email address.
If you are moving in past the initial move-in date, please contact our office at (520) 494-5470 to schedule a move in appointment with our office staff. To ensure the facilities and rooms are ready for the residents, there will be NO early arrivals. Please schedule all travel to campus accordingly.

Every year, our goal is to ensure that every student arrives with the right size XL sheets on move-in day. This bedding can be tricky to find so we have made available a varied selection of custom-sized bedding that’s assured to fit and last until graduation. We also have a wide selection of extra-long comforters, extra-long mattress pads, pillows, storage solutions, extra-long thermal blankets, and anything else you may need for your new college residence hall room. Packing Do’s and Don’ts
Please make sure to check out the list of things you can bring and things you should leave home. The list is located in the Room Assignment Email you receive once you have been assigned a room. We want to make sure you are set up in your new room and aren’t surprised when you get here!
Mandatory All Resident Meeting
A mandatory all New Resident meeting will be held in on August 14, 2019. All New Residents are required to attend and sign-in to verify attendance. If you are a late move-in you must schedule a meeting with Drew Laursen to complete this requirement prior to move in.
Each RA host mandatory community meetings. Every resident is required to attend their community meeting. a schedule will be posted as we move closer to the fall 2019 semester.
