Clearing the Browser Cache

Internet Explorer 8  - PC Users Only

Click on "Safety" located in the upper right of the browser window; select "Delete Browsing History".

Internet Explorer 9  - PC Users Only

Click on the tools icon located in the upper right of the browser window (it is circular and looks like a gear), Select "Safety", then "Delete Browsing History"

Internet Explorer 10 - PC Users Only

Click on the gear icon located in the upper right of the browser window (It is circular and looks like a gear), Select "Safety", then "Delete Browsing History"

Firefox - PC Users

Step 1: Begin by clicking in the upper left corner of the screen, using the orange drop down menu. Select "Options", then "Options". When the dialog box appears, click the "Advanced" tab, then the "Network" tab, then "Clear Now".

AND

Step 2: Click on the orange drop down menu in the upper left-hand corner. Select "History", then "Clear Recent History"

OR

Complete Step 1 above, then
Select "Options", then "Options". Click on the "Privacy" tab and the drop down menu in the "History" area.

At this point, you have three choices:

  • Option 1: If "Remember history" is displayed, then you will want to clear your recent history by clicking on the link below that says "clear your recent history"
  • Option 2:  If "Never remember history" is selected, click below on the "clear all current history" link.
  • Option 3: If "Use custom settings for history" is selected, uncheck the "Always use private browsing mode" box, and check these three boxes - "Accept cookies from sites", "Accept third-party cookies", and "Clear History when Firefox closes".

OR

If there is no orange box in the upper left corner, click "Tools" on the menu, and then select "Clear Recent History".

Firefox - Mac Users

Step 1: Select "Preferences" in the Firefox menu, a pop-up will appear.
Step 2: Follow the instructions above in the PC User area, choosing Option 1, 2, or 3.

Google Chrome - PC Users

Step 1: Click the lined icon located in the upper right of the screen on the toolbar. Select "Tools", then "Clear browsing data".
Step 2: Using the drop down arrow, choose "the beginning of time", then check the top four boxes. Click "Clear browsing data".

OR

Step 1: Click the wrench icon located in the upper right of the screen on the toolbar. Select "History", then "Clear all browsing data".
Step 2: Using the drop down arrow, choose "the beginning of time", then check the top four boxes. Click "Clear browsing data".

Google Chrome - Mac Users

Step 1: Select "Clear Browsing Data" in the Chrome menu, a pop-up will appear.
Step 2: Using the drop down arrow, choose "the beginning of time", then check the top four boxes. Click "Clear browsing data".

Safari - Mac Users Only

Go to the Safari menu, select "Preferences", then "Privacy". Click "Remove All Website Data", then click "Remove Now".
