The ITHelp Desk is intended to troubleshoot technical issues for the following:

  •  Computer account password resets (including Blackboard and E-mail)
  •  Troubleshoot  problems with Blackboard and E-mail
  •   Classroom Multimedia Technology support
  •  Computer related issues
  •  When requesting username and password assistance via e-mail please include a telephone number so that we may contact you to verify identity per FERPA regulations.Please do not include student ID numbers or birthdates in the e-mail request.

Password Self-Service

Password Self-Service allows you to unlock or reset your CAC Domain Account at any time, including off-hours when a person is not available to provide assistance.  To use Password Self-Service you must first setup your Password Self-Service Profile in the Central Arizona College SysAid system located at  Step-by-step instruction is available in the documents below.  (Requres Adobe Acrobat Reader)
