Don't Get Caught in the Fee/Delete for Non-Payment of Classes!

Tuition and Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the loss of registration.  Please note: If you are unable to pay the required tuition, there are financial options, such as payment plans and scholarships, available to you.

Purge Dates:
Spring 2014 Semester:                   Thursday, December 19th 
Summer First Session 2014:             Thursday, May 1st
Summer Second Session 2014:
         Thursday, June 5th
Fall 2014 Semester:                       Thursday, July 31st

The withdrawal for non-payment will occur on the dates indicated and each Thursday thereafter prior to the start of the semester.

Tuition Refund Policy:
100% Tuition and Fees will be refunded if official withdrawal is made BEFORE the official add/drop period.
90% Tuition and Fees will be refunded if official withdrawal is made DURING the official add/drop period.
NO REFUND will be issued if official withdrawal is made AFTER the official add/drop period.
Please refer to the academic calendar for official add/drop dates.

Important Notice: By registering for classes you are accepting financial responsibility for all related tuition and fees. You must drop any unwanted classes, within the official refund periods, or you will be responsible for payment of all related tuition and fees associated with those classes. What is the purge?

What if I have applied for Financial Aid and I have not been notified of my award?

Applying for Financial Aid does not qualify a student to be exempt from the purge process. If a student has been *awarded Financial Aid, their student account will become exempt from the fee/delete process. Please check your online student account for scholarship/financial aid status. What if I am a Veteran and receive educational benefits?

Students receiving VA benefits must verify eligibility with their CAC Veterans Certifying Official in order to become exempt from the purge process. This process must occur each semester. What if my employer (or third party) pays my tuition for school?

Students must submit required third party authorization forms to the Cashier's office in order to become exempt from the purge process. What if I am receiving a scholarship?

Applying for a scholarship does not qualify a student as exempt from the Purge process. If a student has been awarded a scholarship, the account will become exempt from the purge process.
