Students, staff and community members need to be enrolled in an activity class (PAC) class to use the facility.

PAC102J Intermediate Weight Training (45 hours) and PAC201J Advanced Weight Training (60 hours) are open ended classes. Students can use either the pool or the fitness center during regular hours of operation to obtain the necessary hours for completion of the course. Fitness Center employees are staffed to assist with questions or assistance related to exercises, machine use or spotting. All other courses are day and time specific.
Fitness Center hours Spring 2014:
Mon through Thurs 10am-8pm
Fitness Center days of operation follow the holiday calendar of the college and will be closed when the college is closed unless posted otherwise.
Proper workout clothing includes t-shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes. Jeans and sandals are not permitted!
Men's and Women's locker rooms are available. The Fitness Center does not provide towels or locks.
