Emergency Medical Technology

Central's Emergency Medical Technology Program prepares students to work as Basic Emergency Medical Technicians with the knowledge and skills required for emergency care, stabilization, and immobilization of patients with an illness and injury.

All students registering for EMS 125-Basic EMT must be advised by Advisement staff at the Signal Peak campus, Superstition Mountain campus or Aravipa campus before registering for the course.

Central Arizona College is announcing a National Registry EMT to Paramedic certification course.

The Course is tentatively scheduled for August 21, 2012 through July 31, 2013 at the Central Arizona College Superstition Mountain Campus in Apache Junction, Arizona.
