Culinary Arts Application Packet

NEW ADDITIONAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENT- All students who are enrolled in culinary arts courses which require outside catering hours (CUL130, CUL230, CUL160, CUL260, CUL170) are now required to obtain a Food Handler's Card or FHC. Future students enrolling in core classes will be required to obtain an FHC before enrollment in the program is granted.

Students have until March 31, 2015 to obtain your FHC from Pinal County Environmental Agency, or provide proof of completed certification from elsewhere.  Successful completion, not current enrollment of the CUL105, Food Safety Foundations will meet this requirement. This is a regulatory requirement with which the college must comply and students will not be able to participate in catering events without this requirement. The link below will take you to Pinal County's Online Course conducted through NAU, there is an estimated $10 cost.
