Planning and Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness contributes to research, reporting, planning, assessment activities, supporting continuous improvement and accreditation, and resource development. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and support to the college and its stakeholders.

Primary Functions
  • Secure external funding resources 
  • Build relationships between the college and the greater community
  • Collaborate with other institutions and organizations
  • Ensure successful NCA reaccreditation 
  • Document and track institutional effectiveness
  • Develop quality initiatives with a focus on continuous quality improvement 
  • Support assessment
  • Contribute to and update performance indicators related to the institution’s mission and priorities
  • Collect, analyze, and share information regarding status, trends and accomplishments
  • Integrate college-wide strategic, data-driven approaches to planning and operations
