CAC Looking for Exhibitors for 12th Annual Job Fair at Signal Peak Campus
Central Arizona College invites local businesses and organizations to participate in the 12th Annual Job Fair. The event will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Signal Peak Campus (8470 N. Overfield Rd., Coolidge, AZ).
“The Job Fair is a great opportunity for employers to access a lot of talent in a short time frame while meeting with potential candidates in person. The caliber of candidates you will meet at the Fair is comprised of currently enrolled adult students, CAC alumni and community members,” stated Ann Mitchell, Coordinator of Student Employment. “What makes our event different from other “job fairs” is the direct access employers have to college educated adults that desire to excel in the career of their choice. They are investing today for a bright career tomorrow. Therefore, companies and organizations that have positions available or provide services to help prepare for employment are encouraged to participate.”
The general exhibitor fee is $60, while the fee for government and nonprofit organizations providing proof of 501c3 status is $45. Each exhibitor will be provided with a table, chair(s), continental breakfast and lunch for one representative. Exhibitors registering after Mar. 5 will be charged a $15 late registration fee.
Exhibitors may choose to interview students prior to the Job Fair and save $10 on their registration fee. Interviews must take place prior to March 24. This provides an opportunity for employers to network with CAC students and hire employees prior to the event.
