Central Arizona College Offers Continuous New Student Orientation Opportunities

Central Arizona College is now offering continuous New Student Orientation opportunities at each of its five campuses.

CAC’s New Student Orientation (NSO) provides new and returning students and their families the opportunity to connect with other students, faculty and staff. Topics covered include using technology such as Blackboard and email, academic support resources, and faculty expectations in the classroom.

Each orientation program will provide relevant information in a reduced time format (1 hour 45 minutes) for today's busy student. NSO is mandatory for all first-time degree-seeking students.

Orientation sessions begin in March. Following is a summary of the spring NSO schedule:

San Tan Campus:                                3/7; 3/22; 4/27; 5/2; 5/24

Signal Peak Campus:                          3/21; 4/4; 4/28; 5/5; 5/26

Maricopa Campus:                              3/9; 3/24; 4/26; 5/9; 5/25

Superstition Mountain Campus:         3/10; 3/23; 4/11; 4/27 (morning); 5/3; 5/23

Aravaipa Campus:                               3/28; 5/19
