Maricopa Campus 1st Annual Job Fair Set for September 23

The 1st Annual Central Arizona College Job Fair will take place on Tuesday, September 23rd, at the Maricopa Campus from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Members from the community are encouraged to attend this event as well as alumni, current college students and high school seniors. The list of participants includes, but is not limited to, the following organizations:

Banner Casa Grande Medical Ctr.

Carrington College

Families First Community Dev. Corp.

La Frontera of AZ, EMPACT

Legacy Traditional School

Life Vantage

Maricopa Chamber of Commerce

Moving AZ Realty

Pinal Gila Community Child Services

 Arizona Department of Corrections

There is still time for exhibitor’s to register for the fair. The general exhibitor fee is $30, while the fee for government and nonprofit organizations providing 501 3 (c) proof is $20, plus a $10 late fee. Each exhibitor will be provided with a table, a chair and a light lunch for one representative. Space is limited for this event and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

“If you are looking to obtain full-time, part-time or summer employment, or are looking to transition into a new career field, this is a great place to start,” Mitchell said. “Job seekers should dress in business attire and bring multiple copies of their resume.”
