Central Arizona College and Pinal Partnership to Host Gubernatorial Debate at Signal Peak Campus

Pinal Partnership, in collaboration with Central Arizona College will host Arizona’s first General Election Gubernatorial Debate on Thursday, Sept. 4 at the Don P. Pence Center for the Performing and Visual Arts on the Signal Peak Campus (8470 N. Overfield Road, Coolidge, Ariz.). The debate will be held just nine days after the primary election between the selected Republican and Democrat nominee.

Brahm Resnik, political reporter for 12 News in Phoenix and host of “Sunday Square Off,” a political talk show airing on channel 12 at 8 am on Sundays, will moderate the debate.

“This should be an interesting discussion. We can't wait to hear our candidates talk about their vision for Arizona,” stated Sandie Smith, Pinal Partnership President/CEO. “It is a privilege for Pinal Partnership to host such an important event.”

The monthly Pinal Partnership breakfast will begin at 7 a.m. The debate will follow from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Cost to attend is $20 for Pinal Partnership members and $30 for non-members.
