Employers can choose from a pool of adult students that are educated in the latest technology in numerous fields; they vary in age, expertise and ethnicity and they are looking for full-time, part-time or temporary employment.
Your new employee is only a “click” away. The website to access this online service is: https://centralaz-csm.symplicity.com. Employers simply need to complete the registration form and once approved, the employer can post the available position(s).
CAC’s student employment office provides several services that benefit the employer as they seek to fill available positions.
Ann Mitchell, coordinator of student employment explains, “Employers can visit any CAC campus and interview students for their available position(s). Several employers have interviewed students on campus and this option has been beneficial for the employer as well as the student.” She adds, “Employers have been pleased with the quality of candidates and think first of CAC when additional vacancies occur.
