“Both entities are proud to partner with the Pinal County Junior Livestock Committee in hosting this educational program that signifies the kick-off to the 2016 Pinal County Fair,” stated Kristen Benedict, carcass superintendent.

Following the awards, youth will travel to Miller’s Southwestern Processing (2689 E. Combs Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85140) to view their carcass by species.
This year the carcass program will include 26 carcass hogs, 10 carcass steers, 14 carcass goats, 18 carcass lambs, and 10 carcass veal.
