Businesses Encouraged to Register for CAC’s 2nd Annual Job Fair at Maricopa Campus
Central Arizona College invites organizations and businesses to participate in the 2nd Annual Job Fair hosted by the institution’s Maricopa Campus on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., in Maricopa, AZ.
This annual event provides a unique opportunity for employers to have direct access to educated adult students.
“Our event is different from other ‘job fairs’ because of the direct access employers have to college educated adults. These are adults that desire to excel in the career of their choice and they’re investing today for a bright career tomorrow,” stated Ann Mitchell, who organizes the event. “The caliber of candidates that you will meet at the Fair is comprised of currently enrolled adult students, CAC alumni and community members. Employers were pleased with last year’s event and with the new marketing ideas, the employee pool is expected to be larger.”
A nominal fee of $30 will be assessed to each for-profit exhibitor. The fee for government and non-profit organizations is $20. Each exhibitor will be provided with a table, a chair and a light lunch for one representative. A fee of $10 is required for each additional representative.
Save money and register by August 29. The last date to register for the Expo is September 14. Space is limited for this event and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis so employers are encouraged to register today!
