Nominations Now Being Accepted for Central Arizona College’s 2015 Wall of Success

Central Arizona College is now accepting nominations for the 2015 Alumni Achievement Award and induction into the CAC Wall of Success.

The 2015 Wall of Success ceremony will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. at the Don P. Pence Center for Visual & Performing Arts on the Signal Peak Campus.

The deadline to nominate CAC alumni for this honor is Thursday, July 23. Anyone may nominate a candidate for induction and alums are encouraged to self-nominate.

The Alumni Achievement Award honors the success of Central Arizona College alumni. To be eligible for nomination, candidates must have attended Central Arizona College and completed a minimum of 15 credits. They must have exhibited personal and professional accomplishments including volunteerism in the community; received professional, local, regional, national or international recognition; served in a public role; supported the CAC community; and demonstrated accomplishment in their field of expertise.

Anyone wishing to nominate a candidate should e-mail Pam Welle (pamela.welle@centralaz.edu), foundation assistant for the CAC Foundation or mail written nominations to CAC Foundation, 8470 N. Overfield Road, Coolidge, AZ 85128. Within your nomination letter, please describe how this individual has met the aforementioned criteria.  In addition, please include the contact phone number and email address of the candidate.
