FLORENCE, Ariz. – While it’s logical that the world’s most successful leaders know their strengths and weaknesses, and those of the people they lead, it’s sometimes easy to forget just how valuable this knowledge is.
Central Arizona College’s Brown Bag Lunch Talk series addresses this information gap with its next installment entitled Talents: Knowing Yours and Your Staff’s, scheduled for Friday, May 3, at the college’s Florence Center.
The Florence Center is located at 800 E. Butte Avenue in the city of Florence. The Brown Bag Lunch Talk is open to the general public and attendees are invited to bring their lunch. Dessert and beverages will be served.
Those in attendance will learn how knowing their talents and strengths can help with their relationships, careers, leadership and academics through the Gallup organization’s StrengthsQuest process.
This innovative presentation will be delivered by Dr. Phil Tompkins, CAC’s acting associate vice president for student affairs, who is also a certified StrengthQuest Trainer. For more information, directions to the Florence Center, or to RSVP for the talk, log on to http://www.brownbagtalktalent.eventbrite.com/.
