Tickets just $10 for all high school and college students when The Hunts debut at The Pence Center March 1

Pinal County, AZ – Central Arizona College’s Don P. Pence Center for Visual and Performing Arts will host the indie folk band The Hunts this Friday, March 1, at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $17.50 and available online at, or by calling 520-477-SHOW (7469). If tickets are available, night of ticket sales will begin at 6 p.m. at the Pence Box Office.

Tickets for any high school or college student have been specially priced at just $10 this week. Students may purchase the tickets online or at the box office the day of the show and must present a student ID at the door.

The doors will open at 6:20 p.m. and the septet of five brothers and two sisters will be gracing the stage at 7 p.m. with their multi-instrumentalists skill.

The Hunts have taken the indie-folk genre by storm for more than 10 years by touring worldwide - including seven U.S. tours in 42 states - and by offering musical shows and workshops for students and aspiring artists in songwriting, string, fiddle and guitar. Their goal is to educate and promote the love of art.

The Hunts are natives of Virginia who, at a very young age, each discovered their passion for creating, and they have united their individual skills to compose amazingly unique music.

Each member is equally talented vocally and instrumentally. Their music includes, but is not limited to, the harmonic sounds of violins, acoustic and electric guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele and piano.

Since November 2012, the band has had main stream air play on syndicated market radio stations almost immediately after the release of their latest album, We Were Young. The album features 10 authentically-written, indie-folk style songs like the first track Make Me Leap - an airway favorite.
