Vendor, exhibitor registration open for 37th Senior Craft & Wellness Fair

PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. - Vendor and exhibitor registration is underway for the 37th Annual Pinal-Gila Senior Craft & Wellness Fair.

Registration will close on Mar. 16 with the event taking place on Sat., Mar. 24, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Central Arizona College's Signal Peak Campus, which is located between the cities of Casa Grande and Coolidge.

In order to be eligible to register, vendors can be any person over the age of 50 who sells handcrafted products for profit on the day of the fair. Vendors may also sell food, but only home-baked breads, pastries, snacks, and sweet foods are acceptable for sales.

Vendors under the age of 50 are not allowed to sell items at the fair but are welcome to join the fair as exhibitors. An exhibitor is any person, regardless of age, who advertises, demonstrates, or displays a not-for-profit product on the day of the fair.

Vendors/exhibitors will be given an 8-foot wide by 6-foot deep space with which to operate. Each space will include an 8x3 foot table and two chairs.

Vendors/exhibitors who bring large racks to display their products should rent two spaces in order to accommodate appropriately.

Vendors will be assessed a $30 fee per space while exhibitors and non-profit organizations will be assessed a $20 fee. The fees are non-refundable, except in the case of inclement weather. Checks should be made payable to Pinal-Gila Senior Fair.
