PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. - Central Arizona College invites the families and community members of Pinal County to partake in the newest tradition of cozying up with some freshly popped corn in front of the big screen.

CAC Family Flicks: Classic Cinema will be showing The Man with the Golden Arm on Friday, Jan. 13, starting at 7 p.m. in Room A of the Coolidge Center. The Coolidge Center is located at 168 S. Main Street.

CAC is hosting this classic movie night free of charge - along with some popcorn.

Frank Sinatra gives one of his best performances, leaving viewers favoring black and white movies in The Man With the Golden Arm.

This 1955 drama is set on the streets of Chicago where degeneracy and narcotics are the norm.

Upon becoming clean in jail and being released, Frankie Machine (Frank Sinatra) is faced by the temptations that surround him at home. He must overcome his demons and move on from his past of drug abuse.

With the help of his friendly neighbor Molly (Kim Novak), Frankie Machine is forced to go "cold turkey."

Elmer Bersteign emphasizes the heartbreaking recovery with his accompanying innovative jazz music.

This is not an event to miss!
