CAC seeking exhibitors for 7th Annual Job & Career Fair April 7 at the Signal Peak Campus

PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. - Central Arizona College's Career & Job Fair comes to the college's Signal Peak Campus for the seventh time on Thursday, Apr. 7.
The fair will be held in the George Young Activity Center from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and will allow organizations an opportunity to market their services and to provide employment information to a large consumer and employee base.
Until March 21, the general exhibitor fee is $55, while the fee for government and nonprofit organizations providing 501 3 (c) proof is $40. Beginning March 22, the general exhibitor fee will be $70, while the fee for government and nonprofit organizations providing 501 3 (c) proof will be $55.
As an added bonus, the first seven companies who interview students for their available positions prior to the fair receive $20 off the cost of the registration fee. The interviews must take place before Mar. 25.
"This is one of the largest job and career fairs in Pinal County," Ann Mitchell, who oversees CAC's Career Services and Student Employment Office, explained. "Last year the fair was just about at capacity, so it is imperative that exhibitors reserve space early."
Each exhibitor will be provided with an eight-foot table, chair(s), a networking continental breakfast, their company's name in the fair guide, and lunch for one representative. A high demand for tables is expected after more than 900 people attended last year. This year, the fair is expected to draw over 1,000 participants.
"With our new marketing ideas and partnerships, I'm certain the employee pool will be larger and the candidate's skill levels will be diverse," Mitchell said.
