CAC helping fight against breast cancer with Pilates for Pink event on Sunday, Oct. 26

PINAL COUNTY, Ariz. – Central Arizona College in conjunction with Shape magazine is supporting the fight against breast cancer on Sunday, Oct. 26, with a pair of special Pilates for Pink workout sessions at the Signal Peak Campus.
The first class will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a second session at 2 p.m. in the George Young Activity Center. A $10 donation per session will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Participants should bring a personal check, money order or receipt for the online donation of $10 to the class. Checks should be made payable to: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Donations also may be made online at www.bcrfcure.org. No cash or credit cards will be accepted on site.
April Crimmins is spearheading the effort at Central Arizona College. Participants should bring a mat and bottled water for the workouts.
