Visual Arts Gallery grand finale at Signal Peak highlights Annual Student Art Exhibit
COOLIDGE, Ariz. - The best work of Central Arizona College's student artists is now being exhibited at the institution's Signal Peak Campus in Coolidge through mid-May.
The student showing will run through May 12 at the Visual Arts Gallery located inside Central's Student Services Center (Building M). The limited engagement began with a special opening reception on Tuesday evening, April 24.
Members of the public who would like to view the free exhibit may stop by Central Arizona College Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The artwork being displayed in the exhibition is selected by faculty from projects created in their classes. A total of 71 pieces are being demonstrated in the show.
The art mediums exhibited include drawing, painting, printmaking, design, digital photography and ceramic media. All of the work comes from students who are taking classes at Central's Signal Peak Campus.
Many of the art pieces are available for purchase.
